Problem with GWEN acces key - Guild Wars Forums

So I got GWEN today, but I don't know how to input the access key. I went to add the key, but it only has 11 letters/numbers in it, while the place has 25 spots. How do I put my key in? Sorry if this explanation is a little bad. Please help!

Edit: never mind, I ripped the sides off the key card, but I didn't open it. Guess I'm just dumb.
